RecruitNet International Limited is looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager Infection Prevention & Control for our Client we are seeking enthusiastic Nurses to join a busy and wellestablished team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to cultivate and sustain positive working relationships with the goal of providing toptier care.
- Serve as a responsible role model by offering professional leadership and showcasing best practices in infection prevention and control.
- Conduct audits compile reports and offer feedback to the Consultant Microbiologist and other relevant personnel.
- Provide education and guidance to patients their relatives and caregivers on specific microorganisms.
- Serve as an advocate for patients and staff regarding infection prevention and control issues.
- Collaborate with the Cleaning Services Manager and Management Team to monitor clinic hygiene standards. Develop update and deliver education on all policies and guidelines related to Infection Prevention and Control/Decontamination.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse
- Five years of postregistration experience in an acute hospital setting including two years of recent involvement in the area or a related specialty
- Higher Diploma in Infection Prevention and Control is preferred but not mandatory. However a willingness to enroll in and complete this course is necessary.
- Offer specialized expertise professional guidance clinical oversight and managerial leadership to the Nursing Team.
