Business Analyst/Product Manager
Dallas TX Hybrid
We are actively seeking a seasoned Business Analyst/Product Manager to join our dynamic IT team. With a role critical to aligning our technology efforts with vital business objectives the individual will navigate through the realms of Salesforce management and meticulous business process documentation all within a supportive hybrid working environment.
This is a hybrid position in Dallas TX.


Requirements:

Leadership in Strategic Projects:
  • Take charge of projects from their inception to completion guaranteeing their alignment with the organizations strategies and goals.


Salesforce Expertise:
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of Salesforce to improve Customer Relationship Management streamline operational procedures and develop innovative cohesive business solutions.


Business Process & Documentation:
  • Delve into various business processes focusing on thorough documentation and enhancement. This includes analyzing current processes pinpointing inefficiencies or unnecessary steps and suggesting improvements to boost productivity and effectiveness.
Management of Product Lifecycle:
  • Manage all aspects of a products lifecycle from concept to market release ensuring the delivery of superior competitive and customerfocused products.
Business Insight:
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of business operations and market trends making sure that technological and product strategies are appropriately aligned. This includes the ability to anticipate challenges seize growth opportunities and adapt products to market changes and consumer needs.


Collaboration with Stakeholders:
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to convert business needs into technical specifications ensuring solutions meet organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.


Qualifications Required:

Experience:
  • 3 to 10 years in business analysis and product management.
  • Salesforce Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to utilize Salesforce for designing strategic business solutions and boosting CRM functions.
  • Business Insight: Skilled in navigating business operations recognizing growth opportunities and aligning strategic choices with company objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Competence in matching technology with business needs for a seamless and beneficial integration.
  • Communication: Outstanding ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to a diverse audience.
  • Educational Requirement: Bachelors or masters degree in business administration IT or a related field.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Business Analysis and/or Product Management certifications are advantageous.
