Oracle HCM PM

• Proficient in Project Management practices principles and tools.
• This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders ensuring project milestones are met and delivering highquality ERP Cloud HCM solutions that align with business objectives.
• Proven track record of leading large complex implementation projects.
• Proven experience managing Oracle HCM Fusion implementations.
• Strong project management skills including the ability to manage budgets timelines and resources effectively.
• Indepth knowledge of Oracle HCM Fusion applications.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders including HR IT and business leaders to understand business requirements and objectives
• Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure alignment with project goals
• Work closely with technical teams consultants and vendors to configure and customize the HCM system based on business needs
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of the implemented Oracle HCM Fusion system.
• Participate and oversee testing and validation processes to confirm that the system meets business requirements.
• Create and maintain project documentation including requirements design specifications and testing documentation.
• Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders.
• Provide postimplementation support and address any issues or concerns that arise after the system goes live

Type of Education Required:

• Bachelor s Degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• A major in Business Administration Information Technology or Engineering is preferred.
• Master s Degree preferably an MBA with a major in Human Resources Management Finance or Accounting preferred.
• PMP Certification and Scrum or Agile Certifications strongly preferred

Type of Experience and Number of Years

• One endtoend full life cycle recent implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM related cloud services including HCM Recruiting Workforce Compensation Payroll Time and Labor Talent Management and Learning Cloud.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of related experience required.
• At least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in Project Management required.
• At least five (5) years of experience in implementing crossfunctional ERP systems preferred.
• Experience in Education (K12) project or program work preferred.
