Responsibilities

Exchange

• Perform and create queries using Exchange O3NA PowershellMS Graph APIScriptingReporting knowledge. Produce reports using above technologies.
• Mail migrations from other mail platforms to an O3NA Tenant
• Exchange Account Administrationtroubleshooting
• Troubleshootresolve escalated Help Desk issues relating to O3NA Outlook Desktop/Mobile Client Mailbox Licensing Mac and User account issues
• Must be able to support all protocols available for Exchange Online
• Must be fluent in supporting Exchange Online Protection mail routinginfrastructure in a Hybrid environment

Project Management skills which include:

• Design document and implement solutions
• Prepare and present to Management
• Provide excellent Customer Service
• Able to dynamically change from one project to another while maintaining priorities
• Work within a Team environment
• Able to work independently
• Knowledgeable on other Microsoft Tools such as Power BI/Power Automate tools helpful
• Able to pick up new technologies for implementation (such as: Bookings/Bookings with Me Etc.)
• Proofpoint solution knowledge
• ServiceNow ticket management
• On Call Rotation as a 4th level of escalation as needed

Required Skills : ONSITE IN WEST PALM BEACH Citizen or green card only Will not look at anyone coming from Microsoft Resource will need to be in office 5 days per week while they are a contractor o Once they convert there will be more flexibility with a hybrid schedule Minimum 15K users for environment size Wants to see on the resume someone that is totally focused in Exchange and not the entire O3NA suite
