Job DescriptionPerforms high quality MRI procedures according to exam protocol and in a timely manner. Maintains production and quality of imaging procedures by following established standards and procedures.

Also charged with executing the MR safety practices as defined for each site.Job RequirementsHigh School Diploma requiredGraduate of an Approved Radiology Technology program requiredBachelors Degree in Radiology Technology preferredCertificate program in Magnetic Resonance Safety Officer (MRSO) preferred3 years of experience as an MRI Technologist preferred

Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 6 months of start dateMedical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) License from the State of Texas requiredThe American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Certification in Radiographer (R) requiredThe American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) requiredThe American Board of Magnetic Resonance Safety (AMBRS) Certification as a Magnetic Resonance Safety Officer (MRSO) preferred
