Job Title: Payroll Project Analyst II
Location: Detroit MI (hybrid model with 3 days in office and 2 days remote)
Pay Rate: $31 on W2
Start Date: ASAP
Estimated End Date: 5/29/24
Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years
Top Skills: Time Administration (preferably Workday) Customer Service/Case Management (preferably Service Now) Payroll Administration (preferably Workday)
Key responsibilities include handling payroll inquiries resolving employee concerns managing Time and Labor data conducting audits managing department mail and upholding company policies for payroll processing.
Ideal Candidate: Someone with multistate payroll experience attention to detail high quality work under tight deadlines and demonstrated customer service experience adhering to SLAs in a case management tool.
Education Requirements: AS or BS degree in accounting finance or equivalent work experience.
Additional Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills quality customer service focus creative problemsolving abilities good analytical and decisionmaking skills ability to work in a fastpaced environment proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) and previous experience with Workday and Service Now Case Management.
