EDI Integration Consultant

EDI Lead with a strong background in SAP OrdertoCash processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of handson experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) implementation and support specifically within the context of SAPs OrdertoCash module. The role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams clients and vendors to ensure seamless electronic communication and data exchange throughout the ordertocash lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: EDI Implementation and Optimization:

Lead the design implementation and optimization of EDI processes within the SAP OrdertoCash framework.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through EDI integration

. Experience in handling 3PL EDI X12 (9* )transactions and O2C EDI transactions

. Experience in XML and EDIFACT Experience in AS2 VAN FTP SFTP protocols SAP OrdertoCash Expertise:

Demonstrate an indepth understanding of SAP OrdertoCash processes and configurations.

Provide expertise in configuring customizing and maintaining SAP settings related to EDI CrossFunctional Collaboration:

Work closely with business analysts developers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the successful integration of EDI with SAP OrdertoCash processes.

Collaborate with trading partners customers and vendors to establish and maintain EDI connections and standards. EDI Mapping and Document Standards:

Develop and maintain EDI maps and document standards for various transactions including but not limited to orders invoices and shipping notices.

Ensure compliance with industryspecific EDI standards and protocols. Issue Resolution and Support

: Provide tier3 support for EDIrelated issues troubleshooting problems and ensuring timely resolution.

Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in EDI implementation and support.

Proven expertise in SAP OrdertoCash processes and configurations.

Strong understanding of EDI standards protocols and communication methods.

Experience with mapping tools and EDI translation software.

Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.
