Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location of role: Irvine CA 92618 Inperson in the office 5 days a week

Salary: $90K to $100K plus bonus (Depending on experience DOE)

Bachelors degree in finance or accounting or related field.

4 plus years of progressive accounting or related experience.

Prior experience with account reconciliations required.

Need Netsuite or some experience with an ERP or a large accounting system.

Must have strong experience with Microsoft Word and Excel (Vlookups SUMIFs Pivot Tables).

Ability to document finance and accounting processes and procedures.

Willingness to travel to other locations as needed and Some local travel required.

Position Summary & Responsibilities:

Coordinate and participate in the monthly close process and ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements reports and budgets in compliance.

Perform monthly reconciliations of bank and balance sheet accounts and complete reconciliations of expense accounts for reviewing financial results.

Reconcile intercompany receivables payables and general ledger accounts across multiple entities and track capital expenditure spend of budget to actual.

Assist with annual audits and review all bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions.

Assist with fixed assets and record and maintain monthly lease schedules and prepare lease payments.

Answer accounting questions by researching and interpreting accounting policies and regulations.
