Oracle EBS Manufacturing and Planning Functional Consultant

UST is seeking Oracle EBS Manufacturing and Planning Functional Consultant (80% functional and 20% technical) with prominent experience in Inventory Work In Process Bills of Material Costing and Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) modules of Oracle ERP Release 12. Consultant must have handson experience in liaising with endusers in Spanish or English languages gathering and documenting business requirements analyzing and mapping business processes provide GAP analysis and design extensions to address them configuring above listed modules conducting conference room pilots and end user tests planning and executing cutover tasks and providing post golive support. Responsibilities:
Design develop and implement solutions in Oracle Inventory Work In Process Bills of Material Costing and Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) modules. Experience in any of these modules will be an advantage: Order Management Advanced Pricing Quoting Logistics Receiving Shipping OSFM MSCA Sourcing (POs planning) or Demantra
Build productive relationships with IT Stakeholders (onsite as well as offshore) and lead end users throughout the life cycle of the project.
Lead and manage activities to convert data from legacy to Oracle EBS (includes writing CVxx documents) performing data conversions for each milestone incrementally reduce errors and conflicts in the data.
Analyze and map business processes provide GAP analysis Setup / Configure Oracle EBS modules (listed above and includes writing BRxx documents) and design extensions to address them.
Design RICE components to fulfil GAPs (includes writing MDxx documents) and assist technical team to develop test and deploy them. Experience in Oracle Developer Oracle Forms/Reports SQL/PLSQL XML Publisher and JDeveloper is a plus.
Perform conference room pilots user acceptance cutover post golive support and other required activities for Oracle ERP implementation projects.
Provide regular status update to business and IT stakeholders as per the communication plan.
Create Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support and help to manager timely resolution.
Provide integrated systems planning and recommend new technologies and processes targeting improved efficiencies. Drive business process reengineering and related lean concepts through Oracle ERP and related information systems best practice deployment.
Researches and evaluates new and/or alternative solutions and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs.

Experience:
Comprehensive knowledge and handson experience in Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) Demantra Demand Management Inventory Optimization and associated SCM modules like Order Management Purchasing Inventory Costing BOM WIP WMS and MSCA
Extensive experience in implementation or upgrade or production support of Oracle Applications R12
Working knowledge of Oracle Databases 8i 9i 10g and 11g; PL/SQL and SQL Developer/TOAD
