Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highlyskilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing healthcare team. You will collaborate with physicians and other staff to provide the most comprehensive care possible to patients. Our ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of a variety of illnesses and injuries as well as a compassionate and hardworking attitude.

Registered Nurse Duties and Responsibilities

• Complies with our policies/procedures.
• Develop the nursing care plan
• Perform patient assessments and history
• Administer medications and blood products as ordered
• Change wound dressings manage wounds
• Monitor patient vitals; detect changes in symptoms health and/or pain
• Perform nursing procedures and assist physicians with procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures rules and regulations
• Communicate clearly and directly with patients; provide emotional support to patients and family members under stress
• Performs patient and family education
• Documents patient care findings and psychosocial responses to nursing interventions.
• Initiates emergency measures as applicable based on patient age and condition
• Maintains confidentiality related to patient family client facility and staff in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
