Job Title: Information Systems Security Engineer

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience supporting largescale enterprise organizations as an Information Systems Security Engineer.
• 5 years of experience with leadingedge Cybersecurity architecture and implementation.
• 5 years of experience with leading technical project delivery for large complex organizations
• Experience with architecting Zero Trust solutions road maps and capabilities in alignment with industry standards including NIST 800207 and Zero Trust Reference Architecture
• Experience with leading product selection initiatives such as A&O AI analytics secure DevOps identify and access management or network access control.
• Ability to work with and guide senior leaders including CISO CIO and CTO and executives to ideate build and execute cybersecurity capability maturation.
• Ability to author technical documentation and whitepapers and blogs on leading Cybersecurity topics and concepts.

Typical Duties/Abilities:

• Communicate conceptual architecture designs and capabilities to management.
• Guide the design and implementation of secure solutions and services across business and IT support areas driving the successful configuration and implementation of security solutions to reduce risk to an acceptable level.
• Assist with designing developing and recommending integrated security system solutions that ensure proprietary and confidential data and systems are protected and security standards are met.
• Create and maintain security documentation in support of ATO packages and continuous monitoring.

Soft Skills

• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum Lean Startup XP) and crossfunctional teams (Product Owners Scrum Masters Developers Designers Business Analysts)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a track record of taking solution ownership.
• Communication skills key! Demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate with leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ability to articulate security architecture design and configuration choices and bring about consensus.

Education/Certifications:

• BS degree in Information Technology Cybersecurity or another related technical discipline.
