Mechanical Production Engineer-Passport Dying

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing production processes for passport dyeing equipment
• Conducting regular inspections of machinery and identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborating with the production team to optimize workflow and efficiency
• Resolving technical issues and providing guidance to production staff
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
• Monitoring equipment performance and implementing maintenance schedules
• Overseeing quality control processes to maintain product standards
• Developing costeffective production methods
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Managing production schedules and resource allocation
• Training and mentoring production staff
• Participating in the development of new products and processes
• Conducting root cause analysis for production issues
• Ensuring documentation and records are accurate and up to date
• Implementing and overseeing safety protocols in the production environment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in production engineering preferably in the dyeing equipment industry
• Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices
• Experience in quality control and process optimization
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Project management experience
• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Indepth understanding of industry regulations and safety standards
• Ability to lead and motivate a production team
