The Role:
As our Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist youll play a pivotal role in driving online engagement generating leads and expanding our reach into new markets. Youll collaborate with our thirdparty social media content management team to manage Bayfields social media presence spearhead our entry into online marketplaces and coordinate sales activities.
Key Accountabilities:
Social Media Collaboration: Work closely with our social media content management team to ensure consistent brand messaging post relevant information and foster engaging online communities.
Lead Generation: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (e.g. email marketing content marketing) to nurture leads and convert them into paying customers.
Marketplace Launch & Management: Research and identify relevant online marketplaces for Bayfield products. Oversee the launch process including product listings pricing strategies and fulfillment logistics.
Marketplace Sales Coordination: Manage and optimize product listings on online marketplaces monitor sales performance and collaborate with the sales team to fulfill orders efficiently.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze website traffic social media engagement and marketplace performance providing insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a relevant field.
Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and collaboration with external vendors.
Experience with online marketplaces and ecommerce platforms a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mind with a passion for datadriven decision making.
Ability to work independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Passion for the food industry and a keen understanding of food trends.
