Semi-Permanent Makeup Artist

We are looking for a qualified Permanent Makeup Artist to become a valued member of our friendly team in the town centre of Bexhill East Sussex.

We specialise in Permanent Makeup Aesthetics Skin and Laser Treatments.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience and possess a high level of proficiency in Eyebrows Eyeliner Eyelash Enhancement and Lip Blush treatments.

We have spacious treatment rooms and with an already extensive client base we are excited to expand our team.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:
Perform semipermanent makeup procedures with precision and artistry specialising in Eyebrows Eyeliner Eyelash Enhancement and Lip Blush.
Consult with clients to understand their desired outcomes and provide expert recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients ensuring exceptional customer service.
Thoroughly explaining all pre and post treatment care to ensure the client fully understands.

Other Role Requirements but full training will be given:
Writing detailed and accurate treatment notes.
Delivering consultations and recommending suitable treatment plans.
Provide a holistic approach by discussing and recommending other available skin laser and aesthetic treatments.
Advising customers on our range of skincare products.
Keeping an uptodate knowledge of all treatments promotions products etc.
Having a good understanding of other treatments available at the clinic to be able to answer customer enquiries about Skin Treatments/Laser/Aesthetics.
Answer telephone calls and greeting clients in a friendly/professional manner.
Using an online booking system to manage appointments.
Processing transactions using an EPOS Till system.
Keeping an uptodate and accurate record of all transactions.
Ensuring that clients complete the relevant consent forms accurately before every treatment.
Accurately assessing clients suitability for treatment thoroughly reading all consent forms to check for potential contraindications.
Performing administrative tasks such as filing updating records and logging payment transactions.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a SemiPermanent Makeup Artist.
Certifications and qualifications in semipermanent makeup application.
Proficient in Eyebrows Eyeliner Eyelash Enhancement and Lip Blush techniques.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for facial symmetry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
