Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the Order Management System (OMS) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Lead projects to implement OMS enhancements or integrations with other systems.
• Develop and enforce standardized processes for order processing and fulfillment.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to order management.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on OMS functionality and best practices.
• Act as a point of contact for OMSrelated issues and escalations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance within the OMS.
• Participate in the selection and implementation of new OMS technology or upgrades.
• Maintain documentation of OMS processes configurations and user guides.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in order management.
• Contribute to strategic planning for OMS improvements and expansions.
• Resolve complex OMSrelated technical issues and provide support.
• Manage relationships with OMS vendors and service providers.
• Lead and mentor a team of OMS specialists and analysts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of experience in Order Management System administration or engineering.
• Proven track record in leading OMS optimization projects and process improvements.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and order fulfillment processes.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
