Who are we looking for

LIZY is looking for a Product Owner Growth to join our team. This is what you will do:

• You delight our customers by delivering a smooth website experience measured by conversion rate.
• You define the website goals and translate this into a wellprioritized roadmap that combines strategic projects with highvelocity funnel optimization.
• You build your own crossfunctional team of Aplayers in engineering and UX.
• Youll be a strong voice of the customer: Based on quantitative and qualitative insights that you generate you solve their most important problems.
• You collaborate with the sales operations and marketing teams in order to work on strategic topics like inventory segmentation and content.

Your responsibilities

• Product Management Experience: You have 3 years of experience as a top performing product manager for a leading digital company (scaleup). Specific experience in CVR optimization is a big plus.
• Ownership: You are results driven and you take responsibility for achieving them. You enjoy the freedom of defining the how to get there.
• Strategic and structured: You have the ability to uncover customer insights from quantitative and qualitative sources and you can methodologically prioritize this into a tech roadmap.
• Team leadership: You thrive in developing talented team members and helping them continuously improve and meet ambitious goals.
• Growth Mindset: You understand what it takes to grow significantly. You understand the impact of your actions in the bigger company picture.
• Customer focus: You care about the customer and prioritize based on their needs.
• Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French would be a plus.
