Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
• Total Productive Maintenance, Database Management, Preventative Maintenance, Uptime
Management.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure
optimal functionality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with project managers and other engineering teams to plan and execute
maintenance schedules without affecting project timelines.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to prolong the lifespan of machinery and reduce the
risk of breakdowns.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory of
spare parts.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for the procurement of spare parts and
equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff, ensuring a high level of technical competency within
the team.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards, promoting a culture of safety within the maintenance
team.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and participate in after-hours on-call
rotation.
