Tasks

• Provide legal advice with a focus on employment and social security law questions
• Draft legal documents for collective labor agreement audits
• Advise clients on commercial and corporate law topics
• Further develop the service offering of the company
• Review draft and negotiate contracts

Requirements

• Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
• Full professional fluency in German and French
• Completed Swiss MLaw bar admission is an asset
• At least 2 years PQE as a lawyer within a law firm or consulting
• Proven experience within employment and social security topics
