Staff Nurse

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing patient health and wellbeing.
• Developing and implementing nursing care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitoring and reporting patients vital signs and condition.
• Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Participating in patient education and discharge planning.
• Documenting patient care and treatment plans accurately.
• Responding to medical emergencies and providing immediate care.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 0 to 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in fastpaced and highpressure environments.
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and procedures.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
