As a Senior Data Analyst you will analyze prepare and process data sets to be consumed for direct insights statistical modelling or other analytical exploration for our products. You will consult on data and modelling impacts guiding our backend and machine learning engineers through interdependencies and analysis decision impacts as well as transform data as appropriate for specific team functions or processes.
Responsibilities:
Develop strategic plans to access fitforpurpose data sources to support evidence generation and gain access to data through collaboration or data generation.
Develop a comprehensive and deep understanding of the data we work with using analytical tools and applications to broaden data accessibility and advance our proficiency/efficiency in understanding and using the data appropriately.
Communicate findings to internal stakeholders and work with them to generate useful solutions.
Oneonone discussion with clients and other stakeholders to give the latest update and ability to strategize and communicate data requirements with them.
Required Skills:
At least 2 years hands on experience in translating data into useful insights.
Good understanding of statistical analysis techniques such as correlation analysis hypothesis testing multivariate statistical analysis time series techniques attribution modelling. Strong experience on providing predictive modelling solutions to clients.
Demonstrated experience with managing project scope and driving delivery in an evolving environment requiring proactivity and effective problemsolving and prioritization when faced with challenges
Strong critical thinking analytical bent of mind and exceptional problemsolving skills.
Experience with Excel and SQL.
Leadership Responsibility
- You must be someone who loves taking responsibility & demonstrated past experience of having done that.
- Acting as the technical guru of the team who can help the team resolve any kind of technical problems.
- Must ensure various testing phases and software release management practise.
- Proven experience of keeping track and being accountable for team performance management
- Take accountability of ensuring 100% productivity levels of the team.

Prerequisites:
- Graduation (must) Relevant work experience: 2 year
- MUST have excellent communication and written communication skills
- Quick learner adaptable to changing business needs
- Multitasking skills
