Reporting Structure: Reports to the Finance Manager

Xtreme Graphics a leading company in the Information Technology and Services industry is seeking a detailoriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the financial health of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
• Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
