Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to join our team. As the Business Development Manager you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of Kathleen Black Coaching and Consulting. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities cultivating relationships with prospective clients and developing strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and target potential clients within the real estate industry including real estate agents brokerages and related businesses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients industry partners and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative products services and solutions to meet client needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts pricing and terms of agreements with clients.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry developments best practices and emerging trends.
Represent Kathleen Black Coaching and Consulting at industry events conferences and networking functions.


Requirements:
Proven track record of success in business development sales or account management preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics trends and challenges.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
Selfmotivated and proactive with a strong drive to achieve results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
