We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As an SLP you will be responsible for assessing diagnosing and treating individuals with speech language communication and swallowing disorders. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each clients needs.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech language communication and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients communication and swallowing goals.
Provide therapy sessions using evidencebased techniques and strategies to improve speech articulation language comprehension and expression fluency voice quality and swallowing function.
Collaborate with clients families caregivers and other healthcare professionals to facilitate progress and achieve therapy goals.
Document and maintain accurate records of assessments progress notes and treatment plans.
Stay updated on current research trends and best practices in speechlanguage pathology.
Participate in professional development activities and continuing education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards outlined by the American SpeechLanguageHearing Association (ASHA) and state licensure requirements.
Maintain a supportive and compassionate approach in all interactions with clients and their families.

Qualifications:
Masters degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology from an accredited program.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in SpeechLanguage Pathology (CCCSLP) from ASHA (or eligibility for certification).
State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a SpeechLanguage Pathologist.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Compassionate and patientcentered approach to therapy.
Experience working with diverse populations and age groups is preferred.
