Project Manager

• Fulltime availability at the clients site in Location is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology or business.
• Possess at least 4 years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing business unit operations to identify strengths and weaknesses enabling the identification of opportunities for process automation.
• Experience in business process redesign and documentation to align with new technology implementations.

Responsibilities:

The role involves but is not limited to the following:

• Develop comprehensive project plans and allocate work assignments.
• Supervise and guide the teams daily efforts addressing project resource requirements and conducting quality reviews of work performed. Escalate functional quality and timeline issues as needed.
• Monitor key project milestones making adjustments to project plans or resources as necessary to meet project needs.
• Coordinate communication across all relevant areas affecting project scope budget risk and resources.
• Collaborate with the Program Director to engage with senior management in the business community. Identify and prioritize opportunities for leveraging IT to achieve organizational goals.
