Physician - Geriatric Medicine

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a Physician specializing in Geriatric Medicine to join our team. As a Geriatric Medicine Physician you will provide comprehensive medical care for elderly patients focusing on the prevention diagnosis and treatment of agerelated conditions and diseases. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver highquality care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of the physical mental and social wellbeing of elderly patients
• Develop and implement personalized care plans for each patient incorporating preventive measures medication management and lifestyle recommendations
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate specialty care as needed
• Educate patients and their families about agerelated health concerns and available resources
• Monitor and review patients progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary

• Medical degree (MD or DO)
• Board certification in Geriatric Medicine
• Active and unrestricted medical license
• Experience in providing care to elderly patients
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge in Geriatric Medicine
• Compassionate and patientcentered approach to care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team
