Position overview

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Partner Enablement Specialist who will play a pivotal role in empowering our strategic partners to maximize their potential. Your primary focus will be on preparing the technical training of our partners in order to ensure they are wellequipped and autonomous in the implementation of our product

Position responsibilities

The function of Partner Enablement Specialist has the following key areas of responsibility:

• Lead development and delivery of education offering of Openbravo Product
• Work closely with the technical teams in the preparation of the training documentation
• Create and maintain training materials and training code repository
• Conduct classroom and webbased Openbravo training programs and resolves queries
• Assess and identify internal and external client training opportunities
• Configure and manage all business applications specific to training (elearning platform)
• Support classroom schedules coordination logistics and student enrollment

Position requirements

The professional we are seeking:

• Bachelors degree in Business Education Computer Science or a related field
• Fluent In Spanish and English. French is a strong plus
• Demonstrated success in creating and maintaining training materials and a training code repository
• Knowledge of Java JavaScript/React and GIT for code management are a strong plus
• Proficiency in configuring and managing business applications specific to training including experience with elearning platforms
• Ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to ensure the alignment of training programs
• Proactive in identifying and implementing improvements in training initiatives
• Analytical mindset and strong problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze training program effectiveness and implement improvements
