Roles & Responsibilities:
Candidate sourcing
Strategic module improvement
Job and feed posting on career websites
Proactive teamwork
Recruitment flow process management
HRrelated tasks support
2 hours/day commitment (6 days/week)
Requirements & Skills:
Student fresher or <1 year experience
Basic English conversational proficiency
Willingness to learn and adapt
Attention to organizational patterns
