• Understand the insurance needs of NRI clients and provide suitable recommendations based on their requirements.
• Build rapport and establish longterm relationships with NRI clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize up selling opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set for the NRI sales process.
• Handle customer inquiries address concerns and provide accurate information about insurance policies.
• Update customer details and interactions in the companys CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and sales managers to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
• Stay updated with insurance products industry trends and regulations to effectively serve NRI clients.
• Adhere to company policies guidelines and code of conduct.

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass
• Prior experience in tele sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.
• Ability to understand the insurance needs of NRI clients and offer suitable solutions.
• Flexible to work in different shifts based on the process requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Selfmotivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and earn incentives.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
