• Human Capital function is the most essential between the other business functions to headhunt and retain the unsubstitutable calibers for the organization this position is responsible for administering and coordinating all activities related to the organization personnel including recruiting strategies teambuilding compensation benefits and retention.
• Job Responsibilities:

• Designs and delivers OD and change management strategies processes and interventions that support the Geomatexs ambition to be a high performing organization; to include initiatives which foster a highperformance culture where valuing learning continuous improvement and diversity are the norm.

• Enhances the organizations human resources by planning implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies programs based on the best practices.

• Maintains the work structure and workflow by updating job specifications and job descriptions for all positions.

• Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting testing and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.

• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs (onboarding.)

• Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; and designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.

• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource social insurance and labor office requirements conducting investigations maintaining records and representing the organization at hearings.

Provide the Finance Department with the employee time as to proceed in the payroll process. Design and manage the employees balanced score card by reviewing the employees job descriptions proceed job analysis and implement task breakdown

• 710 years experience in Human Resources activities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

• Excellent Communication Skills.

• Analytical Skills.

• Bachelors Degree.

• HR Management Diploma is a plus.
