Graphic and Visual Design Specialist - Accenture

Job Description:

• Develop aesthetic design assets for social media presentations internal and external creatives videos and more based on approved concepts.
• Be prepared to present your work to marketing and business peers.
• Build understanding of and apply Accenture brand style guide and accessibility guidelines in everything you do.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by proactively identifying risks and proposing possible solutions.
• Lead brainstorming sessions within the team to generate new ideas.
• Effectively communicate design decisions to team members and stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor the junior graphic designers on the team share your knowledge and best practices.
• Help define team workflow roles and tools.
• Provide effective feedback and direction to other team members.

Job Qualificatio

• Bachelors degree in graphics design or similar careers.
• Minimum of six years of relevant experience in visual or graphic design.
• Working week: Thursdays to Mondays (weekly offs on Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
• A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates aesthetic and strategically creative solutions.
• Deep understanding of design fundamentals such as perspective composition and color theory and how to apply them.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Figma and Microsoft Office tools especially PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate high proficiency in data visualization.
• Good English written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in team management is preferred but not necessary.
