Finance Analyst - XTH KHI - Xgrid

• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.

• Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take

• Maintain the financial health of the organization.

• Analyze costs pricing variable contributions sales results and the companys performance compared to the business plans.

• Develop trends and projections for the firms finances.

• Conduct reviews and evaluations for costreduction opportunities.

• Oversee operations of the finance department set goals and objectives and design a framework for these to be met.

• Manage the preparation of the companys budget.

• Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

• Correspond with various other departments discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken. 

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to develop accurate and reliable financial forecasts.

# Requirements and skills

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field. Masters degree or professional certifications (e.g. CFA CPA) is a plus.

• Proven experience (3 years) as a finance analyst or in a similar role in a fastpaced environment.

• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations

• Solid understanding of financial principles budgeting and forecasting.

• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.

• Proficient in MS Excel and familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
