Planning Engineer

Principal Accountabilities • Assists the project and planning Department to accomplish the project goals. Prepares and submits master program of the project in consultation with Project Manager. • Prepares and submits planning s data to be incorporated to the submittal of Project Progress and ensures submission of weekly/monthly reports in coordination with Project Manager and Site Quantity Surveyor. • Submits planning reports such as preparation of manpower requirements for the project, preparation of material procurement reports in accordance with approved program. Job Responsibilities 2 • Participates in producing pre-design, design, tender and award, procurement, construction, and completion schedules in order to depict the project and contractual requirements in compliance with the planning procedures. • Analyzes project requirements • Preparation of resource and cost loaded planning schedules • Produces resource histograms for manpower, material and submittals • Assists in tracking and updating information required for weekly, biweekly and monthly reports in order to monitor and report any variances from planned productivities and targets and ensure compliance as per the contract schedule
