About the Role

Designation : Project Manager

Purpose of the job:

Drive multiple business transformation projects in coordination with crossfunctional teams aimed at profitability and growth of the organization.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Independently drive critical projects within larger ones aimed at business transformation (from profitability and growth perspective) in coordination with business/functional teams
   • Create project plans with appropriate timelines milestones risks and monitoring mechanisms
   • Share the progress of projects on timely basis with early/delay indicators loss/profit figures etc.
   • Identify gaps/concerns & develop action plans to mitigate issues such that project timelines are met
   • Able to prepare/generate presentation/excel dashboards on need basis for management
2. Bring in process efficiency improvements & coordinate with multiple stakeholder to innovate & build best practices
3. Assemble and influence crossdiscipline teams for successfully delivering key business projects
4. Drive to get things done rather than being just a policy maker/spokesperson/reporting function
5. Possess excellent technical problemsolving and communication skills Able to regularly communicate with stakeholders on progress risks and mitigations

Job Requirements:

Desired Qualification: B.Tech MBA/PGDM Any specialization

Desired Experience Profile: 3 5 years of experience in managing Retail Projects ; Skills : Excel Advanced Tableau/Looker Studio SQL PMO tools
