Open Position: Manager HRBP (MNC Company)
An MNC company in Malaysia is looking for Manager HRBP to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office. You will be responsible in the full spectrum of HR function develop enact and monitor Human Resources initiatives and drive projects for the company.
Key responsibilities and requirements include:
- Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy
- Support the development and drive the achievement of the annual strategy taking into account business priorities and the global HR strategy
- Succession plans determined and delivered accountable for final resourcing decisions down to agreed levels embedding core processes and talent pipelines
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions programs and policies
- Provides daytoday coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues policy interpretation and application talent management and development and organisational design consultation
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues such as disciplinary grievances by conducting effective thorough and objective investigations
- A team player with good personality and communication skills
