Position: Expert Travel Consultant
Location: Remote / Work from Home but based in Southern Africa
Salary: ZAR35k 38k negotiable Plus Monthly target bonus Plus Medical aid coverage Plus Paid vacation

If so we want you to join our team at a leading luxury travel company headquartered in Canada with offices in Victoria Falls and Maun.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your intimate knowledge of East and Southern Africa to curate exceptional travel experiences for our clients.
  
• Handle client inquiries and bookings promptly and professionally providing personalized service that exceeds expectations.
  
• Demonstrate confidence and expertise when communicating with international clients particularly those from North America.
  
• Manage client relationships throughout the travel planning process ensuring seamless experiences from start to finish.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a travel consultant with a focus on luxury travel.
  
• Indepth knowledge of East and Southern Africa including popular destinations accommodations and activities.
  
• Ability to work flexible hours particularly evenings and weekends to accommodate North American client calls.
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build close rapport with our high networth FIT clients.
  
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.
