Position: Valuer/Negotiator
Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £23000 to £25000 Basic (Dependent on Experience)
OTE: £35000

- Utilise current estate agency experience to effectively value properties and negotiate deals.
- Display strong motivation and drive to achieve and exceed targets consistently.
- Showcase a history of success within the estate agency sector highlighting achievements in winning new business and closing deals.
- Lead inspire and motivate team members to achieve collective and individual goals.
- Maintain a polished and professional demeanour while delivering excellent presentations and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
