Tasks

• Lead the Investigations team setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with the banks overall risk management framework
• Conduct and oversee complex investigations into fraudulent activities money laundering and other financial crimes
• Supervise Fraud AML and ABC investigations including major breaches of Group Guidelines or Staff Code of Conduct
• Oversee the entire SAR process at Group Level from initial investigation to filings and followup actions across all jurisdictions
• Handle responses to authority requests and judicial orders for Fraud ABC and AML cases
• Develop and maintain robust investigation procedures and protocols to ensure effective identification analysis and resolution of suspicious activities

Requirements

• Resident of Switzerland
• Legal Degree and/or relevant compliance certification
• Full professional fluency in English; French and/or German desirable
• Min. 15 years of PQE in Fraud and Financial Crime Compliance in the Banking sector
• Indepth experience in Fraud AML ABC Sanctions and Whistleblowing
