Supply Ops Ad Operations - LATAM mfd

ShowHeroes LATAM is looking for a talented individual to support the Brazilian team.

This position holds an unique role in the Supply Ops structure as it will manage a LATAM team and will interface with and report to the global team. If you are proactive organized and looking for a new challenge to work in an international fastgrowing company send us your application.

Tasks

• Follow up of key factors with Publishers such as ads.txt fillrate tech issues
• Check and manage technical issues using companys platform
• Direct support for publishers
• Support with integration of Publishers
• Publisher daily report
• Check test page of integrations
• Joining calls of troubleshooting of integrations
• Follow up of metrics alongside Demand Ops team
• Create Account & Users
• Approve Websites
• Download Ads.txt
• Invite publisher on GAM MCM
• Input Demand Enabling

Requirements

• Advance Excel
• Organized and proactive
• Working proficiency English Level (written and spoken)
• Basic/Intermediate Spanish is a plus (written and spoken)
• Good communication skills
• Mid level knowledge of vast and vpaid integrations
• Mid level knowledge of javascript integrations
