The supervisor is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the rooms with emphasis on the areas of fivediamond guest service and team member relations. The supervisor will ensure all rooms are ready for arrival. The supervisor will assist in managing the daytoday operation of the department including training guest resolution coaching and discipline room assignments and any additional duty as requested.

Housekeeping Supervisor Responsibilities Include:

• Ensure all policies and procedures including Osha and Health Department Guidelines are being followed
• Provide guidance and motivation to achieve optimal performance
• Responsible for retraining team members on cleanliness concerns
• Resolves guest complaints and ensures guest satisfaction
• Completes reports and projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager
• Works closely with other departments such as Front Desk PBX Reservations and VIP Services
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
• Responsible for the daytoday of their assigned floors
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the rooms
• Ensure that all rooms are cleaned for arrival

Housekeeping Manager candidates will possess:

• The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of Housekeeping Management experience in a 24/7 highoccupancy resort
• Knowledge of AAA and Forbes Standards.
• Passion for Guest Service eye for creativity innovation and attention to detail.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational skills and multitasking abilities
• Computer proficient
• Ability to manage hotel inventory
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule depending on business needs
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
