Service Manager - Electronic Instrumentation

Our client is creating a new position for an InHouse Service Manager. This important position will be managing daytoday operations of inhouse instrumentation service and support activities in the Central Region and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The salary range for this position is $80400 to $91600 plus bonus. Our client offers full benefits profit sharing bonuses and a $10000 anniversary bonus every five years.

Responsibilities:

• Managing an inhouse service team including personnel decisions performance appraisals and training requirements
• Monitoring metrics including MTBF MTTR revenue/head profit margins etc.
• Maintaining policies and procedures according to corporate and industry standards and ISO17025 requirements
• Reporting of failure trends and product weaknesses

Skills and qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Physics or related field
• Strong troubleshooting communication and interpersonal skills
• 1 year of management/leadership experience and 3 years of experience in a technical services environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Valid drivers license and passport
