Conductingphone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualifiedcandidates. Interviewing candidates on the shortlist andmaintaining a database on employees for futurevacancies. Mediating between candidates and hiringmanagers. Using web-based technology and social media toanalyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and following up withcandidates during the hiring process. Producing reportson hiring plans and strategies. Measuring the results ofcandidate interviews and job placements using hiring metricssoftware. Revising HR policies and ensuring that fairemployment practices are implemented. Analyzingrecruitment software and the performance of recruitment agenciesand recommending improvements or changes.
