Events Exhibitions Coordinator

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also: • Provide logistical and administrative support to the Senior Events and Exhibition Officer. • Manage all administrative tasks and documentation associated with event planning, including liaising with finance, accounts payable, and procurement. • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders through the event planning process to discuss and identify event specifications such as scope, format, budget, administrative details, and special requirements. • Manage assigned event functions with minimum supervision - from preparation and set-up through teardown ensuring adherence to planned format. • Assist the Senior Event and Exhibition Officer in tracking, and reporting on financial aspects of events. • Maintain updated records and database of suppliers, including performance records. • Organize and perform post-event tasks such as meetings, reviewing invoices and bills, following up on payments, and documenting issues, resolutions, and corrective actions. • Manage promotional materials stock and oversee distribution.
