David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company from Cypruswho are looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer with Russianto oversee operational procedures. The primary focus in this role is to ensure the efficient functioning of all operational aspects increasing productivity profitability and growth.

Position: Chief Operating Officer with Russian

Location: Remote/work from home with an office in theGMT2 time zone and frequent travels to Cyprus or onsite in Limassol Cyprus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate closely with toptier management to conceptualize and execute operational strategies in harmony with overarching corporate objectives
• Assume direct responsibility for supervising all facets of operations
• Perpetually assess operational methodologies and procedural frameworks to pinpoint avenues for enhancement streamlining and fiscal efficiencies
• Establish and uphold pivotal performance benchmarks (KPIs) and operational metrics engaging in systematic data analysis to inform judicious decisionmaking
• Foster a robust ethos of leadership within operational teams fostering an environment steeped in accountability synergy and distinction
• Forge a tightknit alliance with the finance department to orchestrate the formulation and stewardship of operational budgets exercise judicious expense management and optimize resource allotment
• Oversee the cultivation of partnerships and collaborations with vendors and associates adeptly negotiating contracts and service accords to guarantee optimal performance and value

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in both English and Russian languages is an essential prerequisite
• Bachelors degree in business administration finance or a relevant discipline; a Masters degree is highly desirable
• Demonstrated track record of success in a senior leadership capacity within the payments sector or a comparable industry
• Comprehensive grasp of payment infrastructures regulatory frameworks and emerging industry dynamics
• Superlative aptitude for leadership communication and interpersonal dynamics
• Proven capability to devise and execute operational strategies that yield tangible business outcomes
