CIVIL SUPERVISOR

Job Title: Civil Supervisor

Location: Darrang Assam

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Civil Engineering preferably in manufacturing or construction

We are a rapidly growing manufacturing unit located in Darrang Assam. We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our ongoing construction project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision: Oversee daytoday construction activities ensuring adherence to plans and schedules.
   
2. Quality Assurance: Monitor construction quality ensuring compliance with engineering standards and specifications.
   
3. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
   
4. Resource Coordination: Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
   
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities progress reports and any issues encountered.
   
6. Problem Resolution: Identify and address constructionrelated challenges promptly seeking solutions to ensure project continuity.
   
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the engineering team to achieve project milestones and goals.
   

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
   
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction with a focus on site supervision.
   
3. Familiarity with construction methods materials and relevant safety regulations.
   
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
   
5. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
   

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Assam.
   
2. Proficient in construction management software.
   
3. Willingness to work onsite and flexible hours as needed.
