About the Role

Become an integral part of our farming operations in Rogaland by taking on the role of a Tractor Driver. Role Responsibilities

• Operate tractors and other heavy farm machines for ploughing planting fertilizing and harvesting.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
• Follow safety standards and protocols while operating machinery.
• Coordinate with the farming team to plan and implement farming operations.
• Assist in other farm duties as required ensuring the overall productivity of the farm.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid tractor driving license or equivalent certification.
• Experience in operating tractors and agricultural machinery.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical repairs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions.

Note: Previous experience in agriculture or machinery operation is highly desirable. This role demands a high level of physical fitness and the willingness to engage in various farming tasks.
