• Event Organization and Planning:
• Conceptualize plan and execute various events workshops and seminars to promote awareness and education.
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection catering audiovisual setup and other eventrelated requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
• Social Media Management:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the organizations initiatives and engage the target audience.
• Create and curate content for various social media platforms ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Monitor social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Poster Design:
• Design visually appealing posters banners and promotional materials for events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and other creative professionals to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Campaign Execution:
• Develop and execute information and education campaigns to reach the target audience.
• Utilize various channels including digital media print and inperson engagement to maximize campaign impact.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Travel:
• Occasional travel may be required to oversee events engage with stakeholders or attend relevant conferences.
• Coordinate travel logistics accommodations and schedules efficiently.

• Bachelors degree in Communication Marketing Event Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in event organization planning and execution.
• Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in relevant design tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in social media management and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods (5 to 7 days) as required.
