Purchase Officer

1. The company has established and manages a chain of international standard convenience stores in the Kathmandu valley.
2. The successful candidate will assist the Purchase Dept assist the Purchase Manager in implementing and managing all store inventoryrelated purchases policies strategies and processes.
3. The Purchase Officer under the guidance of the Purchase Manager will assist in ensuring the company establishes fair and competitive policies and practices for all suppliers in a clear and concise manner.
4. in order to ensure that the company is able to obtain the s goods return and credit terms in the industry.
5. Day to day work will involve ordering goods from suppliers following up with them for efficient delivery
6. Allocation of goods to our outlets and obtaining details about the products ordered.
7. The Purchase Officer is required to closely cooperate with the Operations Dept. Warehouse Dept. and
8. Finance Dept. to help ensure that all the company outlets are well stocked with the optimum level of goods to ensure the highest level of sales possible.

1. Must be a graduate preferably with a degree in Bachelor in Commerce/Business.
2. Must be proficient in the use of computer applications such MS Excel Word etc.
