UML Modeler

• Consult with customers to define needs or problem areas and determines scope of investigation required to recommend possible solutions
  
• Gather and analyze data to determine solutions for system processing according to the customer s business requirements
  
• Develop and maintain business requirements using Use cases storyboards and/or Word documents
  
• Provide input into task estimation and scheduling
  
• Create and maintain the RADIENCE business model
  
• Write execute quantify and qualify test conditions for more complex modeling changes which will have widespread effects
  
• Work within RADIENCE implementation methodology and follow applicable standards
  
• Stay abreast of new developments in fields of insurance and wealth management by visiting websites and reading periodicals devoted to these topics
  

Technical Skills / Qualifications

• Strong technical background
  
• Minimum 1 year experience with XML
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience with HTML and GUI design
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience with business data modeling and process modeling using UML or XDE
  
• Familiarity with Object Oriented concepts preferred
  
• Working experience relational database access (i.e. SQL) preferred
  
• Minimum 3 years experience writing and executing test plans
  
• Ability to debug and resolve application problems
  
• Strong attention to details
  

Business Skills / Qualifications

• Experience in working with an insurance and/or wealth management application preferred
