Process Technician

The essential functions of the position includes:

The safety and health of employees take precedence over all duties of this job

Monitors cycle times and adjusts as needed. Maintain accuracy of processes during production.

Proficiency on Microsoft Office (Excel Power point Word)

Modify processes as required for product orders

Correct errors and work with operators to constantly improve process clarification and effectiveness.

Conduct mechanical tasks such as process monitoring sampling and testing preparing and isolating equipment for maintenance

Provide technical support to shift for trouble shooting and problem resolution

Ensure equipment and processes meet and sustain standard production outputs

Monitors operations process work and material flow to ensure quality and customer specs are met.

Assists maintenance with preventative maintenance projects.

Backup on running presses during breaks etc. and also back up to shift supervisor.

Industrial experience with machinery
