Tasks:

• Prepare and prosecute patent applicationsPerform patent landscape analysis
  Conduct freedomtooperate noninfringement and invalidity analysis
  Conduct IP due diligence
  Mentor junior patent agents

Background:

• Strong interpersonal communication research analysis and writing skillsTrack record of academic and professional excellence
  Ability to manage matters independently
  Comfortable with client interactions opposing counsel and courts

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of biotechnology experience
  Strong academic credentials
